What to expect

Come along for a relaxed drop-in with a free drink and snack, in a genuinely safe space to talk, ask questions, or just sit quietly with people who understand. Local professionals join regularly to share information on the support and services available to your family - there's no agenda to follow and nothing you must book in advance.

Let us know you're coming

No tickets needed - you can still just turn up. If you are able to let us know you are coming, it helps us plan refreshments and welcome you properly.
